I have excellent service every time I bring my vehicle in to Klein Honda. I receive prompt appointments and my vehicle is always ready on time. Sometimes it is ready earlier than promised.
I got my first Honda from Klein. I purchased a 1999 Honda civic. Mitch was an amazing salesperson! He was very friendly and easy to work with. He definitely did what he could to get me into the car that I loved. I have had my Honda for about a month now and have only had a slight problem with my radiator. But on that note, they did tell me about the radiator before I bought the car. If I ever decide to get another car, I will absolutely go back.
I would only take my Honda to Klein Honda for service. Lauren, the shuttle driver, was prompt, intelligent and a good driver.
Klein Honda was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and the personnel was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience with Klein Honda.
The service has been great every time I have brought my Honda in. Everything is good.

I would like to see more Men’s magazines in the waiting area because currently they have mostly Women’s magazines. Klein Honda is great – keep up the good work!

Klein Honda did a great job. I gave several Honda’s I am still driving with more than 200,000 miles on them.
Theresa said she has only had oil changes on her vehicle at this business and could not say one way or the other if she would consider bringing another vehicle in to have it serviced at this business. She mentioned she receives email reminders when her vehicle is due for service and the representatives are easy to work with. The waiting area is nice also. Theresa said overall, she had a great experience while having her vehicle serviced at this business.

I really appreciated my service advisor, who gave me a coupon for IHOP so that a friend and I could go eat while waiting for my vehicle. It was ready just a few minutes after getting back from IHOP. I was very pleased with my visit.

My service advisor, CJ was the most professional advisor I have ever come across. I had my vehicle detailed earlier this year and the windows were washed inside and outside. Whoever did the windows did a fabulous job and I wish I could get them washed for oil changes as well. I would be willing to pay up to $20 more when I get an oil change to get my windows washed as well.
I am even going to bring my Toyota here for an oil change.

Debra said when they first walked in for an oil change, this facility was full. They were sent to the express section, where there was no wait. The coffee was good. Overall, it was a good experience.

The service was excellent and my vehicle was 30 minutes early.
The service was excellent, and the service advisor was great. The only thing they could do to serve him better would be to wash the vehicle after servicing it.
I was very satisfied and impressed with Klein Honda.
Jessica said when she picked up her vehicle the service area was closed, she was given a work sheet, and had no questions. She stated her advisor called to tell her when her vehicle would be ready. Jessica mentioned everything was great regarding her service, and they were super accommodating. She pointed out they even gave her coupons to go towards her service.

Great service experience. I usually take my car to the Nissan dealer, but decided on Klein Honda this time. Their business did a great job. They were quick, fast, and on time. Everything was great.

I have been taking my 2002 Odyssey to Klein since the beginning for service…oil, etc.
Recently…I purchased a 2009 Odyssey with only 19,000 miles on it and will continue to have Klein perform it’s excellent work.
I want to praise your staff at the Express Lube, the Service Department and especially Jim Jackson of the Courtesy Shuttle.
Jim has always gone above and beyond to be accommodating and considerate any (and every) time I have used your courtesy service.
Recently he recommended I consult with Auto Concepts NW to install a clear bra on my Odyssey…which I did…and they also did a great job.
With staff like these…Klein Honda will continue to succeed and grow…and you can be very proud of how each and every person provided the highest service with the most considerate care.

Klein Honda is doing just wonderful. I’ve been bringing my 1989 Honda Accord and 2002 CRV here for many years, and have always been happy with the service.
Peggy said she went to Klein Honda to have unspecified recall service on her vehicle. She was greatly dissatisfied with Honda Motor Co. for the recall itself, but was very pleased with Klein Honda. When she called about the recall, she was scheduled immediately, and her vehicle was finished in 20 minutes.
The service at Klein Honda was good. Keep doing what you are doing, you have a good formula.
Everything with my car is now fine. The complimentary car wash was great.
Annette said she didn’t know this business did work on all makes and models. She doesn’t know if the business already offers this option but this business could serve her better by offering her a ride while waiting for service. She is very happy with the service from this business though, they are just great.

My car was ready 2 hours early. I have been having my car serviced here since August 2006 and they have always been good. I have no reason to go to any other dealership and appreciate the honestly with regards to repairs already completed.
Klein Honda offers better deals, like $100 off, than their counterpart in Lynnwood. I don’t usually like to give perfect evaluations, but I’ll do it for the people at Klein Honda.

Joseph said he’ll bring in his Acura for service next time. With only 60,000 on the vehicle serviced he’s not in the market right now, and won’t purchase for at least another 5 years. Joseph said the service was impressive. They upgraded his oil to synthetic for free, and in addition they gave him a good discount on the other work he had done. He’s only taken his vehicle to Klein Honda. He’s really happy with their service and he’s completely satisfied.
The vehicle was ready earlier than expected. It was in for a 30,000 mile check-up and was told it would take about 4 hours to complete the work. My car was ready in 3 hours and I got a voucher to have the vehicle washed. It was a very pleasant experience.
Everyone did a great job and I really appreciated my service advisor.

Binh said this business has reasonable prices compared to the market, the price is competitive. He would like this business to mail money saving sales and service specials to his home address. This business is excellent so far.
Sergey said he was pretty satisfied with his experience and the time, about 45 minutes, was good. The courtesy and communication weren’t excellent, and he chose not to elaborate. He stated it was an oil change and it was simple. Sergey lives in Canada and just happened upon Klein Honda. He was satisfied and he was pleased with the experience, absolutely. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.
He stated the business does a good job. Casey is very courteous and explains everything well. In addition, Alan said the coupons are nice.
The service received was good. Only owns Hondas so will have another vehicle serviced at Klein.
Lorraine said her experience was excellent. Once they opened the AC they found more work needed, and it took another day because they needed to order a part. However, they called and explained, and it was fine for her. Lorraine definitely recommends them. They have such excellent service she’ll continue going to them, and if for some reason she’s not satisfied with something, she’ll tell this business, but so far, she’s happy. She appreciates the nice comfortable lounge. They have Wi Fi, which is really nice, they provide newspapers, they have a candy machine and a drink machine, they have coffee, and the bathrooms are clean, so the waiting is comfortable for the customer. This business does offer a shuttle service, which is very good at picking up and dropping off. Because her service took an extra day she was offered the use of a rental, but the shuttle was already sufficient. Lorraine thanked this business for the follow-up call. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.
They did a wonderful job and I am very happy with my vehicle.
May consider bringing my Nissan Pathfinder to Klein to have it sreviced and maintained by them. I got my vehicle back earlier than schedule, and Klein did a job well done. A suggestion would be to vacuum out my vehicle following service visits.
Spoke with Virginia. She chose not to evaluate the business’s courtesy or communication, but she said she would rate them pretty well. She said she came from an awful eight year experience with her Nissan dealership and because of this she treasures this business. They work solely for the customer. She will never leave Honda.

I started my experiences with Klein Honda in 2004 and have been extremely happy and pleased with every visit. Klein has an outstanding service crew and I have also been very impressed with Express Service. We bring both my wife’s Lexus and my Pilot in for service.
I needed an oil change and was new to the area, so I found Klein Honda on the internet. They stated that their oil change was $27.95 on the website and thought that was reasonable for a Honda Dealer. That is a good price in general. So I brought my car in to their service department and realized that they have a express service center that specializes in quick oil changes. I drove up, got out and met the advisor. He checked me in and the technician instantly got my car on the rack to begin the service. 24 Minutes later my car was done. The time went by really fast. They have a special express waiting lounge with tv, coffee, internet and magazines. I was highly impressed with their professionalism and speed of service. Highly recommended.

Back in March I first came to Klein Honda and received great service by Tim but I was spending over $4,000.00 so I expected *great* service. Less than 3 months later after spending $4,000.00, my daughter basically totaled the car. Needless to say I was stunned and in a financial hardship. I was working with your used car salesmen but it just did not work out. A family member stepped forward and gave my daughter an older car. During this whole time, Ryan went above and beyond trying to help us. He was great even with the added distance problem as I live in California and my daughter attends College in Lynnwood. I’m sure we’ll be in the market for another car in the next few years and because of Ryan, we hope to get another Honda. I got a call from Raj, informing me of a special program they had where we could turn in our “old” (2009) leased Accord and get a 2011 edition of it, or another model, and have the same payments or possibly lower. Hard to believe, but the latter’s what happened, and the new Accord has more features and gets +4 MPG! You’ll find Raj to be very gentle, patient, low key, and I never heard him say the phrase I hate, “what will it take to get you into this car?” By the end of the process, I felt that Raj was a friend, and I can only say that about possibly one other car salesperson in my lifetime, that 11 years ago. Raj offered to-and programmed-our radio stations into the new vehicle while we were in the finance office! He’s also the only one in my lifetime who ever followed up after the sale, and that speaks volumes. The next time I buy a car, I hope that Raj is still selling them, as I would specifically ask for him.
